Group management.

First of all It’s a very important subject,because those who have a bad attitude in a group can block everything,in every activity or job.

So if I’m responsible for managing them I will make a plan,and do all my best to keep everything good,I will try to understand every character person in this group,and talk to every one face to face then I will make a plan with every person that have a bad attitude I will try to feel them understanding the danger of the bad attitude in a group and his consequences,that it can stop everything,and when he feel that he is not right,I will move to the next step and make a plan with him and make him understand some values that are the main important values in every group,like the respect,then i will make some activities that they like that have the aim of colaboration with group

Then,I will try to make him understand that it’s good for the sake of everyone in the group.
